Yanick Hicks is a dynamic leadership speaker, executive coach, and emerging expert on developing purpose-driven leaders and strengthening workplace culture within healthcare organizations and mission-driven teams. He has worked with healthcare leaders, hospital executives, associations, and long-term care organizations across the United States such as Medtronic and American College of Healthcare Executives Georgia chapter to help improve leadership communication, employee engagement, retention, and team development.
With formal training through the Maxwell Leadership program and over 8 years of experience studying leadership, communication, and personal growth principles, Yanick is widely regarded by healthcare administrators, nonprofit leaders, and emerging executives as an encouraging and transformational voice on leadership development.
His insights on leadership, growth, and culture-building have been shared through professional trainings, executive conversations, leadership workshops, and industry networking communities throughout the healthcare and association space.
